This woman looks very grandmotherly, but the conductor spent a good ten minutes attempting to explain some irregularity about her ticket to her, and it's David's and my theory that she deliberately buys an inapplicable rail pass all the time, and then counts on outlasting officials by just smiling and looking befuddled.
